She hates it because it is a weakness but there's just no way to get enraged at them. Momoe also has trouble when Akane tells her that he loves her. He doesn't say it much, to Momoe's advantage, but when he does, she feels like she's having a heart attack and turns red. It's just her heart beating like crazy while she blushes at the words but the way her face looks, it looks like her anger has maxed out. Momoe is unpredictable, given that anything phrased badly could earn you abuse. Aside from that, she has truly feminine traits. She loves shopping. Momoe appreciates fine gifts like jewels and clothing, despite her profession being quite messy and preventing her from wearing such things daily. When these things are gifts, however, she becomes suspicious, especially when it's her husband or a stranger doing the gift giving. The pink haired woman is more than human now thanks to her husband. She's an extraordinary baker. Momoe is never easily distracted and finish completely with what she's doing before she moves to her next task. She holds grudges quite well and remembers practically everything. She's a true business woman and values money highly. She would sell out any demon or god for a bounty prize if it's worth the trouble. YOU GOTTA COME FROM SOMEWHERE! Momoe was born Momoe Tanaka to a family with an entrepreneurial spirit. Her mother is a restaurant owner, one of the best in the island's south district and her father is the captain of a fishing vessel. Her parents instilled the value of money early on in Momoe. She was the only and very unexpected child to an almost elderly couple. The pink haired girl learned how to work hard for everything that she wanted. Due to this kind of upbringing, Momoe never wasted anything and actually hoards quite a bit of things around the house. She prizes money above many things because of her mother while she learned self-preservation techniques from her father, also picking up much of his pride in the process. Momoe never really had any interest in love. She was far too self-centered and fixated on becoming successful to care about such things. That is, until she met a certain demon who came to her shop trying to play his games with her. At first, she thought he was a gorgeous god, that talked smoothly like a criminal. Obviously, he must've been wanted for something. So, Momoe beat him, tied him up and held him hostage in her bakery store room until she could find out his history. When Momoe found out that he was just a demon, she irritated. Mostly because he wasn't anyone important that she could take advantage of. By then, Momoe had gotten used to his presence, even if she was holding him hostage and nursing the wounds that she had caused. The pink haired woman decided in the end to let him go. But, the demon kept coming back demanding an apology from her. She usually snorted and ignored him but one day, Akane didn't come. She found herself waiting for days. And then she became angry. She found herself missing him and didn't know why. She spent days looking for him and when she finally found him, she punched him, cried and then told him that she didn't want him to abandon her. Momoe told Akane that she missed him and that she probably loved him. Momoe was shocked when the demon asked her to marry him. She accepted and they were married. Momoe thought that she would gain a partner that would help her with her bakery, but her husband seems to be a lazy idiot who just likes to play around. She doesn't regret her marriage but she does see it as her lot in life to keep her husband in line. He needs more discipline and that's the real way Momoe shows she cares.
