I know this may sound kind of sudden and all but, I thought I might as well say it here before I hop on the plane. long story short, my dad's just gotten a transfer to Africa and after much contemplation, my mom and I decided that we'd prolly have to tag along. not that it's that big of a deal, I just won't have internet and will have only a minimal amount of entertainment for the next couple months but yeah, I figured it's only fair if I let'cha guys know about it incase someone wonders why I've just evaporated off the face of the planet.
... nobody actually fell for that, right? BD;; I'm a pretty terrible liar sometimes so, I'd hope not, LOL. *shotdead* anyways! I guess a part of what I said was true still - I have only about two or so weeks left of school and there's three studio and one print project I gotta get done! like, omg, I'mma die, seriously! but fear not, I'm pretty much finished with two of the studio ones and I've started on my life sized monument thing I gotta build (the frame's done, hurrah, I'm the most terrible carpenter ever! 8'D), and my print... ehh, that'll work itself out as long as I keep going at it.
so with all that said! it's not like I'll be gone completely for two weeks but my replies and whatnot might be slow(er than when I'm being lazy) ;; *shot* I'll still read over any app that needs to be approved and stuff too, and I'll try to finish the ones I have as well. plus I'll still be on MSN, although I'm exactly the type to just leave it there even when I'm away. ... herp derp. but yeah, if ya ever need me because of... whatever reason. *shrugs* 8)
anyhow! that's pretty much all I have to ramble about! I'll seeyou-seeyou in two weeks or so! 8|b |

but anyways, be safe, be sane (as much as possible?) and don't do anything too stupid unless you're going to put it on youtube so I can see it.

solaikyarr. I guess you can say that everything's done and over with now. woot. 8|b my critique was uhh, kinda upsetting LOL, 'cause one instructor - that I didn't know (they pick out two instructors other than the ones that've taught you that semester) - was really negative about everything and kept putting me down, saying how nothing worked, and how this one project of mine was cliche and too literal, blahblahblahblah... but she didn't get it.
I mean. ha ha. what. wait a sec, let's back track here... it's too literal but somehow you "didn't get it", huh? ... are you in possession of a brain? x) *SHOT*
uh. uhm. heh. as for ANOTHER project of mine (since that's what they kept focusing on), she suggested that - considering my theme was cultural identity - I should've put portraits behind the layers of texts, which HAS BEEN DONE BEFORE (in a similar fashion anyway) BY AN ARTIST I LOOKED UP - and she KNOWS that I looked him up so uhm, hello? wth is wrong with you, lady? LOL. and honestly - I wonder whether she would've flagged it as "too literal" if I'd done that, 'cause THAT seemed like it's too literal even to me who somehow doesn't think deep enough according to her.
B| so yeah. it wasn't great, and there deffers was a bunch of wtf moments. but on the positive side - she's not the one giving me my final grades, hur hur, or I prolly would've gone Sayuri mode on someone and I mean I did have a hammer with me so, y'know?
